Veterinary practices

Write to vets@raeeya.com. Tell us roughly how many farms you serve and whether you want read access to client records or a reseller arrangement. Both exist.

Cooperatives and breeding programmes

Write to coops@raeeya.com. Licences start at $400 a year and scale with member farms rather than with a per-farm markup.

Data and privacy

What you send here is used to answer you and nothing else. Ask us to delete it at hello@raeeya.com and we will.

Where Raeeya actually is

Pre-launch. The record, the offline store and the withdrawal flag work; the electronic tag reader and the cooperative view are being built. There are no customers to point you at yet and we are not going to invent any. If you want a reference before you commit money, the honest answer is: join the founding cohort, pay nothing for the season, and be the reference or walk away.

Worth knowing first

Three things people ask before they write.

Will you tell me it is not for me?

Yes. Raeeya is built for 50 to 2,000 head of sheep, goats or a small dairy herd. Under about 40 animals, a notebook that you actually keep beats software you do not open. Over a few hundred dairy cows, systems built around parlour hardware will serve you better. We would rather lose the sale than take money for the wrong tool and be uninstalled in March.

Can I see it before I decide?

Ask in the message and we will walk you through the actual app on a call, on a phone, with the network switched off — because that is the part worth seeing. The landing page shows the record and the three-tap flow; a screen recording proves less than watching someone log a treatment with one hand.

What do you need from a founding farm?

A real flock, a full breeding and lambing season, and the willingness to say what did not work at the gate rather than being polite about it. In return: no charge for that season, the price you started on kept afterwards, and a direct line to the people writing the code. We are looking for a small number of farms, not a waiting list.

A note on withdrawal periods. Raeeya records the dates you enter and reminds you of them. It does not determine withdrawal periods, does not certify compliance to any buyer, processor or authority, and is not a substitute for the product label or your veterinary surgeon's advice. If you write to us with a clinical question we will tell you to ask your vet.
